In honor of church basement ladies everywhere, Murry’s Dinner Playhouse is looking for your best casserole recipe to be featured on our buffet!
Turn in your favorite recipe by June 21 to be entered in the contest. Three finalists, chosen by chef Larry Shields, will appear on Good Morning Arkansas, where the co-hosts will judge their recipes and announce the winner live on air!
And don’t worry—if your recipe doesn’t make the top 3, there’s still a chance to win a prize! Each participant who submits a recipe will be entered into a random drawing for two tickets to our production of “Always A Bridesmaid,” June 24-July 19.
Each of the three finalists will receive four tickets to “Always A Bridesmaid,” and the winner’s recipe will be featured on our buffet during the run of that production. We reserve the right to use the submitted recipes for promotional or publicity purposes.
Here’s how to enter! You have three options:
- Send your recipe to Murry’s Dinner Playhouse at 6323 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, AR 72204.
- Submit your recipe via the form below.
- Present your casserole recipe at the door when you come to see “Church Basement Ladies 2” and receive $1 off your admission. (One per person. Not good with season tickets or other offers.)
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our chef will be looking for recipes that 1) use an interesting variety of ingredients, 2) can be easily prepared, 3) are practical for use in a buffet setting, and 4) are cost-efficient.
So if you think you’ve got what it takes to be a one-dish wonder, send your recipe our way!
